My cat has always loved sitting in carboard boxes but the Felt Cave has given him an even better and cozier hiding place. It also fits nicely into my living room and keeps all the hair he sheds on the product itself which is awesome. Definitely worth buying and will last a very long time.

Easy to clean and my cats love it
You have to wait an hour to puff it up again so make sure your cats don't see it. My cat is picky but as soon as she saw it she went inside and started playing. We have had it for a few months now and is holding up. She also likes to sleep on tip of it. Sometimes she sleeps inside. She likes to play inside with my other cat. Definitely recommend buying it you won't regret it

Made Even for Picky Cats!
I got this for my cat, Heathcliff. Heath is different than most cats. He avoids enclosed spaces. He doesn't go in boxes. He doesn't hide under blankets or sheets. He avoids his box shaped areas on his cat tree and perfers open spaces. So I was hesitant at first with buying one of these. After I opened it he was confused at first. But then I added some silvervine (he also doesn't care for catnip) and then he went inside. And ever since then he now doesn't stop. He loves it! It also came with a cute mouse toy! Heathcliff is a bigger orange cat 13.5lbs and I got him the medium and it was just perfect and had plenty of room to spare. Legit pull the trigger you won't regret it. It's cute and fun to watch my cat jump in and out of this lil cocoon :)

My cat seems a bit aloof to this. Crawled inside right away but rarely uses. I put a pad inside to make it more comfortable. The bed is well made and is a good size. Maybe she'll use it more in the summer.

Our six month old kittens absolutely love sitting in, and playing on, their felt caves. The felt mice which came with them were also a huge hit. Cannot say enough great things about the quality and the fact they are individually made by artisans in Nepal, helping them provide a better life for their families, makes this purchase a no-brainer.As an added bonus, the cave has proven to be a great security blanket for the one kitten who was feral and is subsequently very “cautious” around a lot of people. It has really helped him adjust and be less fearful.

I'm sure many cats love this. My cat jumped into the cave as soon as I took it out of the box but he does that with everything. Especially boxes. After going in to the cave one time, he completely lost interest. I left it out for a couple of weeks, but he never went near it again. He much prefers to sleep snuggled down into the pillows on my bed, that's the cave he prefers. This is a very well made item, so I say give it a try! As you know all cats are different and do what they want. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I ordered the cream color and there were grey spots of wool in spots that made it look dirty.

Sure it's quality wool, but is it a cave? Barely. It collapses every time my cats touch it so it serves as just any regular cat bed. So given the price verses functionality I don't think it's worth it. I wish I spent my money elsewhere if I knew it was like any other FLAT not cave-like bed.

It's DOES Collapse but....
I initially bought one and only one cat used it. She used it as a cave for about.... A week before she insisted on jumping on top of it and sleeping in it like a bowl. Then orange cat decided HE wanted to use it too after about 9 months of her having it which started some squabbles so I had to buy yet another. Which he promptly jumped on and squished too. So now I have two cat cave bowls. Well, if they're happy, I'm happy ??�

This is good quality, but it ships folded up and the creases do not go away making it slightly unattractive in my living room. I am disappointed by that. The cats do enjoy it, though they sit on top of it as much as inside of it!

Great idea and even better construction
My cat is whack so I had to return this beautiful thing. But before I did, he got in it two separate times and it was adorable.I hoped he would come to like it and use it like so many other cats. Alas, he only used it those two times and couldn't be coaxed otherwise.So I returned it and the company kindly refunded. If I knew my cat would acquiesce, though, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. It's a fantastic product.

This is the perfect cave for our 12-lb kitty. I got it in cream and it fits perfectly on one half of our loveseat (his favorite spot). He got into it the minute it was unboxed, and it's well on its way to becoming a favorite nap spot. I stuffed it with blankets to get it into the round shape, and just like the instructions said, after about an hour it was rounded out and the shape has held well! And the adorable little felt mouse was a really nice extra gift. Would definitely recommend getting one of these for your own furball(s)!

While I was unwrapping the cave, my cat knew it was hers and hopped inside. She is 8# and it has plenty of room for her. My only disappointment is it's appearance. It's is a yellowish beige and an odd texture. I guess that is what the wool looks like.

I had been looking at the cat cave for awhile, thought it was a bit pricey, but did not see anything comparable. After it was unpacked, my cat was in it within 5 min, she LOVES the cat cave. Our Cats Both Love It
We bought this for our little cat, Angelo, because he likes to sleep the first half of each night in an enclosed soft place, and the acrylic-fleece pink house we had for him is looking dreary. Also we wanted to see him in a little round pod, because that would be cute. But our big orange cat Tony muscled in on it right away, so Tony fills it to the brim by day and Angelo takes it for the first night shift. We will be buying more of these so they're in every room where the cats like to sit! Highly recommend! So nice! When it first arrived, it had pretty intense creases in it from the way it is vacuum-sealed and shipped to conserve shipping space - however, after just a few hours, the pod poofed up really nicely and every living thing in our house adores it. (We don't have any houseplants because we have cats who like to eat houseplants. We also don't have any bugs because we have cats who like to eat bugs. Gross, but factual.)

Magic cave of invisibility
SamSamSammySamSam doesn't trust anything without staring at it for at least a week. Remarkably, she jumped in and went to sleep no more than 30 seconds after I opened it and placed it on my couch. Never happened for an any other cat product ever. Now she stares at me from inside her magic cave of invisibility.

Cat cave looks fine but I expected it to be more firm and hold its shape more- seems like a good quality wool and we shall see how it holds up- my cats prefer to sit and lay ON it rather than in it. Also needs cushion on bottom! Cute cat mouse toy included

Well Made and Kitty Loves It!
I am very glad I made this purchase. I was hesitant at first because my senior girl is sometimes spooked by new things in her environment and that this may not be a great product. My fears were unfounded. It is sturdy, well constructed and attractive. I had no problems with it being crushed, creased or misshapen. Yes it came tightly folded but it popped into a nifty egg-like shape right away. I like the little ridge left from where it was folded, it gives it a cool Flintstones vibe. It has withstood her pouncing on it several times, too. It popped right back into shape.I bribed her to get her to go into it the first time with some treats, and there were several more trips in and out after that. After a couple of days, I found her curled up in the her little Felt Cave snoozing blissfully away.Again, it was a sound purchase. I feel I got my money's worth and truly expect this to last many years.

The felt cave arrived two days ago and our two cats LOVE it so much that we just purchased a second one so they don’t have to fight over the one! The toy mouse that comes with it is also a fun bonus. While this cat cave is on the pricier side, it’s worth it. It looks good, is functional and sturdy, plus I like that it’s hand made. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic bed.
Really is 100% wool. Fantastic. Very nice and thick. The cats love the small entrance hole, it makes them feel secure. It is sturdy enough to keep form... unless the cats walk on top of it. When they do that the top will crush down and the whole thing will become a regular bed. But it instantly takes form again when you pull the top back up. It won’t fall or implode on its own.
